BBlabServices: what I do and when to call me
You can come with an idea, with a manual process that eats up time, or with a team that needs someone to lead development. I've arranged eight services into four groups, based on what you're coming with.
Building
Software I build from scratch, in order: idea, prototype, then product.
- 01
Software product development from idea to delivery
The whole journey with one person: from validating the idea and a cheap prototype to a stable product.
- 02
Web application development
Apps that open in the browser, on a computer or phone, with no installation.
- 03
Mobile app development
Phone apps, for when users carry them around and use them on the go.
First we check whether the idea holds water. Only then do we build.
Development Management
When you already have a team or a project, but need someone who keeps the work in order.
- 04
Managing software development processes and development teams
I look at how the team works and where it gets stuck, then introduce a clearer order: what gets done first, what waits, and what gets dropped.
- 05
Iterative development with optimal costs
Development in smaller steps. After each step you see what you got and decide on the next, so costs don't run away.
The goal is for the team to take over on its own in the end.
Optimization
Less manual work in your company. First we map out how the work really flows, then we change the part that hurts the most.
- 06
Process optimization using artificial intelligence
Less work on repetitive processes. More on that right below.
- 07
Digitalization
Work that is run on paper, in spreadsheets and in messages moves into an app, piece by piece.
Spreadsheets, paper and messages are a good start. They show best where the time goes.
Where artificial intelligence helps
I use artificial intelligence to cut down manual work in repetitive processes, and only once it's clear where time is really being lost.
Sometimes it turns out that plain automation is enough. That's a good result too.
- 1
Where time gets lost
We look at which tasks repeat and how much manual work they take.
- 2
Which tool
Plain automation or artificial intelligence, whichever is simpler for that job.
- 3
Does it work
We test on a small scale whether the job is really shorter, and only then expand.
Advice
For those who build on their own and want a second opinion before an expensive decision.
- 08
Mentoring and consulting in software product development
Advice on an idea, the order of development, a prototype or teamwork. You build, and I help you avoid building blind.
Sometimes one conversation is enough to keep you from heading down the wrong path.
Not sure where your problem fits?
Tell me about it and we'll see. A couple of sentences is enough, and a message on Viber or WhatsApp is perfectly fine.
If your problem doesn't fit any group, I'll tell you so openly.
